"You will be living with your grandfather until we come back" my father says.

"Why Daddy?" I say as I stand beside my grandpa, while my daddy heads out with my brother, Ethan. I run behind them as fast as I could with my little feet. I see him putting his bags in the car. Before he heads in his car, he walks over to me and bends down to my level.

"Mila, I will be back for you. I promise." he says, "you will love it here. And before you know it Ethan and I will be back here to take you with us." he tries to cheer me up. Daddy gives me a kiss on the forehead leaves in the car with my brother.

That was the last time I was them. For a long time.
