I confidently walk through the hallway na para bang maraming lalaki ang nagkakandarapa makita lang ako kahit lahat ng iyon ay sa imahenasyon ko lang. Seryoso ang mga matang tinignan niya ako. "Kailan ka pa ba magsasawa sa mga pakulo mo ha? Kasi ako, sawang-sawa nang tanggihan ka. Paulit-ulit nalang!" Unti-unting nawala sa aking labi ang masiglang ngiti at napalitan ng isang mapait.

Sa pagmamadali ay mayroon na nanaman akong nabangga. Tinignan ko kung sino...

Isang lalaki. Iyong palagi kong nakakabangga.

Nabigla ako ng halikan niya ako sa labi.

"See you next time, darling." Sabi niya na nagpatulala sa akin.

Puno ng luha ang aking mukha at halos hindi na makasalita dahil nauunahan na ng masasakit kong hikbi. "Kaya mo man ibigay sa aking ang label at lahat, hindi pa rin nito mababago ang katotohanan na wala na akong gusto sa'yo! Isaksak mo 'yan sa kokote mo."

Umalis na ako sa lugar na 'yon. Di ko na makayanan ang sakit. Lahat na lang ng bagay na nakikita ko ay naaalala ko siya. Ang tanga ko lang.
