This is the story there the CEO of kaibacorp dies. 
              Yami Yugi has since long passed away into the afterlife after his last battle with the little yugi, there Yugi Motou won.
 Kaiba didn't wanted at that time, believe all weird stuff he had experienced, believe in Yami's existence.
 But he had to believe in that kind of stuff he had seen as humbug, when he understands Yugi Motou isn't the same person he was in loved with.
 And now it's toolate. His love has passed away. There are no chance in hell he can express his true feelings to the king of games now.

One day, he dies. And to escape the grip of the reaper he has to duel him in magic and wizards.
 who will win? and will Kaiba get a chance to meet Yami and express his love to him?
