Igneous: An Avatar Story

Hoshi has grown up in a kingdom plagued by war. For the past hundred years, the fire nation's campaign to conquer its sister nations has gradually burned away the peaceful life all four kingdoms had known before. Now, in the wake of fire and lighting spreading across all the kingdoms, the last embers of hope have finally begun to be snuffed out. The avatar has shown no signs of returning, despite the century long war. Now, men and women are responsible for taking fate into their own hands, a lesson Hoshi comes to know all too well.

Having been raised by his mother as a refugee in ba sing se, Hoshi has always dreamed of becoming a powerful bender like his father and using his talents to heal the wounds of a burning world. The only trouble is that he hasn't shown any signs of bending since he was born. Still, Hoshi has promised himself that he will help to heal the scorched earth of his homeland, a vow that will be put to the test when General Iroh begins his siege of Ba Sing Se.
