It may refer to a city or a world, in some cases a universe being possible both in the future and in the present, but in a parallel.  It can also be used to define a dream not yet realized.  A fantasy, a very strong hope. 

In Vertlet, Mitra Harlo, The Powerful King of that land is confronted with social issues, issues that cannot be solved on the basis of power and lightning, and the consequences of these end up falling on the next generation.All Rights Reserved
