Fetter follows Hibiki Nakamoto's romantic adventure and his encounter with unrequited love. His ex-wife is a cheater, a liar, and a deceiver. His love was thrown out, deleted from history.
Born from love not returned, Hanahaki disease is virtually incurable. It constricts the lungs of its victims by growing roots along their bronchial tubes. Coughing up a single flower petal soon becomes hundreds, then thousands - then whole flowers. This is the final stage, signaling the end of one's life.
Becoming chained closer to his ex-wife every day, will Hibiki accept his fate?

Some other symptoms might include chest pains, shortage of breaths and fainting. Methods of treatment and cure are yet to be discovered. Surprisingly, Wen Junhui of Seventeen is rumoured to be diagnosed with the disease and not so surprisingly, the rumours are true. Junhui does indeed cough up the blue primrose petals from time to time, Joshua's favourite kind. They suddenly stop by the time he had started coughing up the individual petals of 3-4 Primroses. Junhui is happy, with himself and his beloved who seems inclined to stay by his side. One unfortunate night and they are back again. Way more vigilant in their stance this time.
