Who Says Girls Can't Play?

"Okay. You see, this girl right here says she wants to join the team. She can't. First off, it's a BOY'S basketball team. We can't afford to have a girl. Who knows what will happen? Since I'm the team captain, I thought I could make the right decisions. She also kicked me...you know...down there. AHEM, as well as made me get this cast. My poor leg...now I won't be able to play basketball anymore for the whole season!" What a girly boy.

"Okay. 2 things. I'm afraid since you are the one who caused this injury to Kyle, you are going to have to help him out and get to his classes. I'm sorry Riley."

"WHAT?!" We both shouted.

"WHOOP WHOOP!!! IN YOUR FACE!" Kyle hapily pinched my right cheek as I groaned.

"As for you Mr. Scott, I'm afraid you're right. You won't be able to play in this condition, but since we do need a replacement for the boy's basketball team...considering there's no backups since you kicked them out, Riley here is going to have to take your place."

"WHAT?!" We both shouted again.

"JINX! You owe me a soda bar. Oh, and I want it in Sprite,"

Riley is your average tomboy girl in town! She has a best friend named Izzy, short for Isabelle and she struggles as she controls a life with Izzy and her little cheer leader friends and her passionate heart towards sports. Since there is no girl's basketball team, she decides to join the boy's basketball team. With one mistake, this leads her to be the top basketball captain. With one condition, she must help Kyle, who used to be the captain. She must act like a servant until his injury gets better. This makes it hard for Riley as she goes back forth and also how jealousy forms for many others to come. What will happen to Riley?
