Welcome to District 9. A place where no one is safe and everyone abides by the districts laws. The top group, Stray Kids, are the most known and strongest ones around. They hardly ever let anyone in. These eight boys have been with each other for forever and they will continue to be. That is, until someone new comes in. One of them stumbles upon a lost person. Only problem is, the district doesn't do well with outsiders.
