There are many stereotypes about healthy behaviors, and it's easy to get mixed up in them. I want to be the person to help discern false stereotypes from true ones. My suggestions are inspired by one of my favorite animators, @jaidenanimation, and her videos, "Things about Relationships I wish someone told me about", "Being the Best/Worst Ever", "Anxiety is the Greatest! (jk it can go jump off a microwave", "Trying to Get Into Fitness and Health", and "The Closest Feeling to Death that isn't Death". I highly suggest you watch them for more information.
