Cradling themself for warmth, they ran through the immense forest keeping an eye out for the cliff that would implement their escape. The followers wouldn't notice their absence until sunrise but still a creeping feeling of fear was spreading over their chest like a parasite consuming its host. Their crimson hair whipping back in the wind they reached the cliff, swallowed their fear, counted to three and jumped.
