"You should be careful, Y/N." Taehyung says, leaning forward and resting his elbows on his legs, tucking his chin into his palms. "He's the meanest son of a...mother who's ever lived." Jimin wasn't feeling well, so he reached for his phone and called Jungkook. The first few times, Jungkook didn't answer, but after the third attempt, the line finally connected. "Jimin, I'm sorry," Jungkook's voice came, hurried and apologetic. "I can't come home today. It's Alisa's birthday, and she really wants me to celebrate with her. I have to do it-for her happiness. I'll come tomorrow, I promise." Through the phone, Jimin could hear Alisa's cheerful voice in the background, asking Jungkook to come and cut the cake with her. A faint smile lingered in her tone, a sharp contrast to the heaviness settling in Jimin's chest. Then Jungkook added softly, almost as if he knew what it meant, "You'll have to eat alone tonight." The words stung more than Jimin expected. His face fell, and the dull ache in his head grew sharper, pulsing with every beat of his heart. He searched for medicine, but none could be found. With all the servants away on leave, the mansion felt colder, emptier, and unbearably silent.

My OG story got deleted so I am rewriting the new and improved version of Nothing Like Us. I am paying attention to them for years and I'm gonna start this with very very beginning when Tae and Kook didn't know each other, I made the story like a fan fiction so it wouldn't look like you're reading any documentary. First, thanks to the people who managed to post some Taekook beautiful moments online so I got some notes from them, and also thanks to Kayla Taekook timeline on Tumblr from where I got the inspiration of this beautiful love story. Please don't attack and harass me and my followers if you don't like something please don't read or ask questions if you don't understand something. I was writing my first story for years and it got deleted and I still don't understand what did I do wrong. Once again it takes years to write what I'm writing so don't disrespect my work and I'm not a story writer so I Know I'm gonna make lots of mistakes so bear with me and ignore my mistakes.
