The air is in the clouds, The water under the oceans, The earth is on the surface and The fire in the core.

The continent of Air is located in the sky where each cloud acts as the country. The main countries are - Waters, Scales and Twins. 
The continent of water is located under the water blanket of the sphere and each ocean acts as a country. Main countries are - Crabs, Venom, Fisher
The continent of fire resides in the core of the sphere and each hemisphere is divided into different countries. The main countries are - Ram, Lewis, Archer 
The continent of earth resides on the surface of the sphere. The land is divided into different countries. The main countries are - Maiden, Goats and Bulls
