This story is set after Endgame but before Spider-Man Far From Home. In addition Captain America never goes back to live with Peggy but stays in the present with the remaining avengers.

James 'Bucky' Barnes now has finally had time to think to himself and reflect on his life without there being too much trouble. However what he remembers is another that HYDRA took from the world. He vaguely remembers coming into contact with them some time ago at a facility that had yet to be discovered by SHIELD as of yet. 

He remembers that whoever they are was special because never once had they been on a mission for HYDRA but yet they were still kept around. He doesn't know why but what he does know is that he must find whoever they are and bring them back. What happens when he finds out the true identity of the said person as well as the avengers?All Rights Reserved

I start getting close with Peter, but I over hear something strange in the Avengers compound about myself, so I end up going to Peter's, trying to escape from the truth of happened many years ago. Will I run away with Peter and will everything go to plan? Or will the truth come out, leading to a relationship I'd never expected to happen?
