Jade never expected to fall in love. Certainly not with Alex. Alex's her first kiss. But, after her large shares of kisses, first kisses never seem to matter now, right? Wrong.
No matter who she kisses, her thoughts keep running back to Alex. She just seem to can't keep her eyes, and hands, off Alex. But, Alex has a girlfriend. She's Jade's stepsister Harper.
What now?
Tables turn when Jade bonds with Leon, Alex's best friend, and the only boy who can keep Alex out of Jade's mind. It seems like a good idea.
Jade and Leon. Alex and Harper. Everyone's happy.
Then, why does Jade feels like she's losing everything she build up for her life? Why does she want Alex so badly even though Leon's the one Jade feels safe with, the one who makes her laugh, the one who's her type?

-Summer teen romance- Isla Nova Dawson has always been the type of girl to hang out amongst big crowds of people. She prefers the company of a few people where she feels the most confident in. She thrives lost in the crowd, where she can confidently make jokes and laugh heartily at others that may not be that funny. There's no surprise why Isla has become some of the popular type at school- she loves being known by others. Julian Hayes isn't a loner. No- far from it- he has a group of friends he plays baseball with and surf during the summer. He has family that he is known to hang out with. He just tends to stay away from big crowd of people where he doesn't feel comfortable in. Isla and her friends find themself at this opportunity of a lifetime.
