Camila, Lauren, Ally, Dinah and Normani all go to high school at Miami High.

Camila and Dinah have known eachother since they were born, basically since Dinah exited the womb because Camila came out a couple months before.
Ally and Normani have known eachother since the third grade as they lived in texas but both convientiently moved to Miami because their familes got job promotions.
Then there is Lauren Jauregui, the high schools badass.
She got tired of people pushing her around and walking all over her, she was homeschooled for a year but she came back 2 years ago with a newly found confidence that is evidently attractive.
What will happen when the four bestfriends come across the Lauren Jauregui.
