A fic outlining the hypothetical first episode of my AU I discuss in my tumblr blog: @simpsonssitcom

For those who haven't seen the blog: it's 5 years in the "future," in that all the characters are 5 years older than in canon, but it's still set in modern day because of a floating timeline. The basic idea is: since the show is so bloated and self-contradictory now, what if we cherry-picked a selection of timeline details from the original show and made a reboot, trying to keep within guidelines of an internally consistent world? It only picks from the first 30 seasons and is initially set in late 2019, ignoring details from season 31 and onwards.All Rights Reserved

Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables and the Netflix adaptation Anne with an "E." I do not own anything!! I've tried my best to make it as similar to the writing of the show and characters. I know I'm still a long shot off, but I didn't try to divert from the original lessons, tasks, morals, etc. I'd love some feedback on how to improve!

Something bad always happens on her birthday and that year was the worst so far. On February 20/2020 at exactly 2:20 On the news they had let out the horrible announcement. Scientist's experiments had gone wrong. They call them the "Stone Devils". They were escaping from the labs and into our world. Made of stone and all male. Winged creatures that come into the night. Steal and kill their prey. That's what she heard but she didn't believe it until a few nights ago. (kinda like the movie Warm Bodies)
