"A man gone insane, after his wife left him for another man, set fire to his home and hanged himself."

He tied my hands behind my back.

"Go to hell." I choked slowly. The oxygen in air was decreasing rapidly. Caroline.

"'Tis quite a shame. To destroy such a handsome creature. You should not have played with fire." Loki snarled, but his voice was deep and calm at the same time. "Now how is it, this feeling of having nothing? Oh, pardon, I forgot you do share my memories."

In that moment, the entire house erupted in a cry of pain, to its fundament. A part of the ground broke in. There was only one place the pieces could fall into, and Caroline was down there!

"C-Caroline - " My voice was hardly hearable. I was losing vision, saw shapes and flames dancing around me, blue at first but fading into a pitch black darkness. I forced my eyes open and my mind to work.

"Do not worry. She will be safe with me, my friend."

The people of Asgard are looking for a new home. They get a warm welcome on Earth, except for Loki. He is treated like a criminal of war, a terrorist. All they see in him is darkness. But there is a light, if she is up for the task. "Nooo I don't want it to end!!!! [...] This has been my motivation to get my uni coursework done so I can read. [...] Was great hun, well done to you." - @MistyB1989, from the United Kingdom. "This book was so good I can't even begin to describe how well written it was. Everything about was just so good. Had me invested the entire book!" - @GLiTcH_GaMiNg, from Australia Fragment: At that moment, the door to the apartment swings open and a man barges in. He is holding something that looks like a big syringe in his hands. "Yoohoo... Reindeer games! You home? I've got something for you!" The man stops in his tracks when he spots us sitting on the couch. "I'm sorry, I didn't realise we had company. And beautiful company at that, I might say. What's your name, beautiful? Do you have clearance? Williams, does she have clearance?" [...] Tony Stark walks over to me and takes my hand, standing just a little closer than necessary. "Nice to meet you, mr Stark." I reply, taking my hand back gingerly. [...] From the corner of my eye I can see that Loki has turned his chair to face the room, watching the exchange between me and Tony Stark with a hint of a smile on his face. I get the sense that there's not much that gets past the Trickster. Mr. Stark has already moved on, walking towards Loki. He is holding up the syringe like it's a Super Soaker gun, waving it back and forth. "This will only hurt a little, Bambi!" Tony laughs. First published February 2018. Edited april 2018. Loki was back in his cell after being discovered by Thor. He saw horrible things but had no way of escaping and helping his family. He is sadder and more depressive than normal. Can the Lovely Jane Foster help him out and discover the cruel truth about his past? As well as help him survive the cruel reality of earth? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 'He opened the book and perused through the pages until he found the chapter called Loki and decided to read it to find out what stories and legends told about him. ...god of mischief...Odinson...blah blah blah...........evil....warrior.....foolish.....died in battle.......sacrifice......Asgard.....immortal....blah blah blah... It made him angry, it was filled with cold-hearted lies! He couldn't believe people thought so badly of him, well he had tried to take over Asgard a couple of times and Midgard, and both times he had almost succeeded if his brother hadn't stopped him. He could not hold in his anger anymore and he threw Odin's Norse Mythology book across the room which made a loud thud on the wall.'
