Paige has never had it easy when it came to making friends, that's why her best friend Addy is so important to her. But sadly, all good things come to an end. When Paige and Addy were playing in her backyard, Addy got lost in the woods. 

When she was found, it was too late, Addy was dead. Paige was devastated by this, but something was off. At the funeral, Paige noticed small differences like shorter hair and a longer neck. She thought she was just imagining it. 

After all this, Paige's faimly moves from Maple Grove to Lake Valley in hope for a fresh start. When Paige meets three girls with the same story has her, they know their friends are still out there, so they decided to go into the woods themselves. Little did they know they were entering a new world full of danger and magic and their lives would never be the same again.

Will they find their friends? Will they be able to brave the dangers in these woods? Will they make it out alive?
