Moving to Europe upon her parent's command, Natalia Fitzpatrick, a 13 year old girl, is studying abroad in the small and rural Colmar, France alongside her bubbly and hearty grandfather, Francois Bisset and her younger first cousin, Simon Bisset, an adventurous but troubled boy. Wanting the best for her and her bright future as entrepreneurs themselves, Natalia's parents choose to send her to the highest ranking and most prestigious schooling system in France to indulge her studies. However, in reality, she struggles with her performance at school on the first day, as she finds the work to be excessive and unnecessary. And even while attempting to maintain this haphazardous work-life balance and while babysitting the strange Simon, he seems to vanish in a matter of seconds, causing a panic. When Natalia searches for him in her desperation, however, she discovers something truly peculiar...
