Well Welcome to the steampunk era of 1857, where life is living hell everywhere. In the flying city of Yangxiaolong crime, slavery, racism, and war is raging on, and all what people can do is just watch. But rumors have gone around that a man by the name of Tex has been roaming around the streets killing off specific targets around. A man presume to witness Tex kill 5 men in a bar with only a single shot. People still talk about him to this day, not knowing who he is, but it is surely working to keep people indoors and armed if he picks to aim at you.
