She stopped her tracks and slowly spun around, cutting my words. She glanced at me deadly and raised her eyebrow, challenged me. After another silence, she smirked and said to me for the first time in my life. "Risk your life, I will agree." She backed off slowly, not leaving the smirk on her face.
I was totally blown away. I knew she was challenging me. She even expected that I am a geek who was afraid to die. That's really made me mad. She was looking down at me! After another thought that sent me crazy, my mouth spilled the words that I will regret for the rest of my life. "I will, if you want to!" I suddenly realized what I was talking about. I snapped shut my mouth, hoping that the words didn't come out. Too late!
She grinned to me. She actually grin! Oh my god, the grin now slapped me in the face. That seriously made me even regret to have this foul mouth. "Welcome..." She now stood still. The seriousness that always stick on her face came back. She caught my eyes and held the glaze. "Neil Quien Dawson." She spun around, kicked her hand into her pocket and sent my heart beats faster by saying "Be ready."
How she knew my full name? Now, I'm the one who was speechless. "W-What?" My eyes shot open. "For what?"
She tilted her head to her side, didn't bother to stopped from walking. "For everything."
That's when I knew her, that's when I was part of her, and that's when I realizes I am willingly risks my life, just for my Innocent Badass.
