Aku bertemu dengannya di Kamasutra Bali, tepatnya bulan Oktober 2004 ketika Glenn Fredly pentas di panggung. Billy, temanku sangat cepat menangkap perasaanku langsung ia pun spontan berkata, "Hey, that girl over there is cute man suites you well! want me to be your smooth operator?. hell yeah ofcourse right" dan langsung si Billy dengan luesnya menghampiri wanita cantik nan jelita di pojok tersebut
Billy dengan spontan mendekat dengan lagak humor dan sambil memegang HP nya dia berkata " Hey I got your SMS, but, I don't know what you're talking about, hehehehe" spontan kaget si putri cantikpun melihatku yang jelas jelas orang lokal, dan bertanya "apa'an sih temennya" si Billy pun langsung mengatakan bahwa ia hanya bercanda dan sang putri pun akhirnya tersenyum ahh cantik sekali. Nilai 10 dari 10 aku berikan secara sukarela kepadanya. Dari humor tadi percakapan kami mulai berkembang kami berkenalan dan akhirnya kutau namanya Cecilia, dan iseng iseng terucapkan berbagai pertanyaan seperti "tinggal dimana, ngapain di Bali, pergi ama siapa" Cecil ternyata ada di Bali untuk kerja praktek di hotel megah di Jimbaran, ia ternyata kuliah dari universitas terkenal di Jakarta. Akupun memperkenalkan diriku dan mengapa ada di Bali, pekerjaanku di bidang apa, dan sebagainya LANJUTANYA KE JURAGANMOVIE .  XYZ
