The kind of sequel to stay here. The first two parts take place during the events of stay here, the third takes place after. All three parts are told from Finn's POV and it is helpful to have read stay here, but not necessary. (NO SMUT) and a lot of LGBT (STILL NO SMUT). Starts at the same point as stay here, (end of TLJ) skip to chapter 8 if you want to start the separate story. A bit more character-oriented than stay here.






Oh yeah, that disclaimer thing. No smut, some sexual references (stronger in later chapters) gore, strong language. Does contain lots of Legends material, I don't own it, nor any of the characters inside it. I Am No One - Rey's Story (Star Wars - Episode VII) by StoryByElle

Rey never thought of becoming someone in her life, either than a simple scavenger. But when she decides to accept the company of a BB unit, her life takes a very interesting turn as she gets caught up in the battle of the Resistance with the powerful, dark First Order. She then discoveres that her future isn't what she thought it would be, as the galaxy's fate is depending on her decisions and her power. The chapters get better as the story progresses. Immediately following the events of The Last Jedi, the battle for the galaxy continues between the First Order and the last of the Resistance. As the new Supreme Leader takes the throne, the First Order is focused on finding and destroying all who oppose them. The Resistance had disappeared into hiding and desperation has forced them to explore the gray areas of war. Meanwhile, on opposite sides of the war, Rey and Kylo Ren are forced to face the realities of their bond, their complicated relationship, their loyalty to their causes, and their understanding of the Force. This story continues the arcs and themes beautifully woven through The Last Jedi, as well as the narrative from the previous two trilogies. All plot elements are intended to be canon-compliant through TLJ. This is 100% complete. It was completed in December 2019 on A03 before The Rise of Skywalker was released, so this is not a "fix-it" fic as much as an alternative to Episode IX. This is a dark story. Trigger warnings for major character death, minor character death, violence, severe injuries, psychological torture, physical torture, brief explanations of sexual assault, suicidal thoughts.
