"Locked in Love: A Pandemic Tale"
The world had come to a standstill. Streets were empty, doors remained shut, and people lived in isolation. But for Millie, solitude was nothing new. It was where she felt safest. While chaos raged outside, she found comfort in her own quiet world. Then the storm began to pass. Life slowly returned to normal and Millie allowed herself to dream again. She imagined going back to university, walking through sunlit streets, and losing herself in the pages of books at her favourite library. But just when she was ready to step back into the world, a phone call changed everything. Her COVID-19 test had come back positive. Fourteen more days of isolation. At first, it felt like just another stretch of time slipping by, another silence she had learned to live with. But then, there was him. A stranger who noticed when no one else did, offering quiet kindness in ways she never expected. As the days passed, she found herself wondering. Who was he, really? And why did it feel like, for the first time in a long time, she wasn't meant to be alone? Read to find out how their paths cross and what happens in the end.
