East Shores Charter High School. With its students widely known as the "Dump Rats" in the city, the students face tremendous discrimination and embarrassment from other schools and suffering under the challenging and stressful curriculum, in an attempt to elevate the school's ranking and improve its environment.

The story follows Shirai Satoshi, a transfer student of East Shores Charter High School. He performs and scores on an average scale in almost all of his school assessments, but no one knows who he really is...

A world where only the victors can survive; a world where those with wits fight until their very last breath.
