Suffering from a sickness ever since a child, Lizzel Ane's life had been very difficult for her to live. Mula sa mga doctor na sinisimulan na siyang bigyan ng taning hanggang sa buhay na puro hospital ang tanging maalala.

She is ready to for her ending but life's full of surprises. She met people who she can lean with. People who she learned to love. But-every happy moments is a sad memory we can't change.
