When your sleep and tired and half delirious you tend to think of stuff in a diffrent way, or just havin more time to think about it makes it easier for the brain to think of stuff

The nogitsune may be gone but what if he had left something behind in Stiles, something dark and evil that only Stiles knew about. Stiles tried to hide this part of him from the pack. The Convention
Derek is at a convention, no, THE convention. The convention that Alphas meet at twice a year, every year, to pick their omega. Derek is a very well known Alpha. He's strong, has good ancestors, and has gone through lots of omega training. He knows what he's doing and everyone else knows that as well. Derek has came to the convention before, but he just never finds anyone. He's never sure if he wants to either. This time though, this time is different. He sees Stiles standing there, not flaunting himself or acting like he's the shit like every other omega. He's just there, waiting. Stiles is gorgeous, there is no way he can leave this place and not have an Alpha, but that's just the thing. Derek doesn't want him leaving with any Alpha, he wants him to be leaving with himself. We don't know what's out there
Stiles can't sleep, and if he told enough people that was all it was, maybe he would start to believe it. Still, as tensions were rising about them losing their territory he couldn't bother them with something he didn't even fully understand. Maybe he just needed something fun and easy to help him relax. Like the hot neighbor that he keeps catching staring at him. Derek can't sleep, and if he cleans his house enough maybe people won't realize how he doesn't care enough to clean up other parts of his life.
