She's also friends with his best friend, Ryder Gray. They have deeper feelings for each other though. What happens at the end? --------------- Ryder is the first to break the silence. "I don't get it." I turn all my attention to him and ask "What do you not get?" "If they want so badly a man with money to date you, then why can it not be me?" He asks as if it's the simplest thing. "They want me to date a millionaire, and I do not want to bruise your ego, but you are not one." I tell him while covering us with my comforter. "Don't insult me." He says while pulling me closer. He places a kiss to the crown of my head. "I'm a billionaire."

Her brothers love her, but due to their pathetic excuse for a father, their overprotective nature spirals into straight up helicopter parenting. Getting a fresh start by moving away from the bad memories, they're bound to run into a few new problems. One of which being their cocky, self-assured next door neighbor who isn't too discreet about taking an obvious liking towards Maddie. Her hope that he'd give up and leave her alone diminishes when his dorky personality starts to shine through, growing on her.
