When an imaginative person develops an illness, dreams can be a way of escape. This is a collection of true diary passages, poems and stories taken from the journal of a teenager with mental illness. Hopefully this might help spread awareness, or make someone realise that they're not alone with how they're feeling. Caution: Talk of suicide, self harm, death, assault and abuse ahead! This is my (inconsistent) dream journal, beginning even with dreams I had in elementary school that I can recall. I've organized the chapters in chronological order, to the best of my ability, beginning in dreams I can remember all the way back to when I was in preschool. Content warnings are given with each chapter that may need them. Nightmares are marked as NM in the title. NSFW is marked in the title. I cannot control my dreams, especially my nightmares, so some of my dreams may contain heavy and/or potentially triggering content. I will try my best to mark my worst in this category thoroughly. From 32 years old to onward this is my life as is now as a pagan and as a spiritual person and an all out weirdo. My struggles with ptsd. Thr joys love life and nature and other no bullshit life as well as acouole memories.
