Teleported into another world, Sydney's given the mission to restore the anime's plot. Thus, she sets out on an adventure to preserve what she loves. But will it prove a failure when a certain clown gets involved? Between her murderous companions and her murderous enemies, who can she really trust?

"Of course you do you psychotic fuschia- haired fireball" He laughed at our inside joke and proceeded to turn on his aura for our daily duel. Ages 18+ Your name is Y/N Creatur. Your parents are dead,and both died for completely separate, yet mysterious reasons. Your story begins when you are 9 and Hisoka is 13. You meet him on the in the city of Glam Glass Land at a circus. It begins as a type of origin story for you and him both. You guys are growing up together and you are the only person alive that gets to knows him so well. It also helps that you look almost exactly like his dead sister. Eventually he will become like an older brother to you. He takes care of you and gains your trust, and you his. Though, as your story progresses and you near the age of 18 you find yourself thrust into totally new circumstances whilst taking the Hunter Exam... Also, Hisoka dosent call you "sissy" or "sister" anymore, instead calling you "Love". You have enough self respect that you'd never even think about dating a clown, who also happens to be your coworker, confidant, and best friend? Right? WRONG. Still, Let's see how exactly this all goes down. Story is now finished. Sequel called Keys to the Kingdom is out. Go check it out! Illumi is given an unusual mission for an elite assassin that he is. Find and bring home the daughter of a tribal leader from an extremely secluded land far to the north called Terradmira. Why was he given this task? Who is this girl? He will soon find out the role she will eventually play in his life and the trouble that comes with the seemingly limitless power she possesses. The Terradmirian girl is not an average Nen user, nor has she paid much attention to it. What was not mentioned in the mission details given to Illumi is that she is the reincarnation of an ancient being with immense power. This being has existed for centuries, only to be reborn every hundreds of years. Each reincarnation has all of the memories of the ones before. Being overwhelmed and confused by these memories, the girl finds that she is unsure of what to do and what her purpose is, causing her to go on the run. The long haired assassin and the girl are in for a surprise upon completion of the mission. Once they return back to the Zoldyck manor, the real plan is revealed and the two learn of the real situation they are put in. ****** This is my first time writing a fanfic. I chose Illumi because I feel that there aren't enough Illumi x reader stories out there and that he is a very complex character.
