Everyone thinks that when you go to high school, your life will become amazing. You will go on awesome trips, meet new people and create friendships that last a lifetime. But the reality is that you won't. It is all so far from the truth that I don't even know where it came from! Maybe it is from the teachers that love to hand out pointless detentions, or perhaps it came from parents who are too busy looking after their younger children to focus on their older ones. Regardless of its origin, it is a lie. High school is harsh, cruel, life-threatening, and we got the worst of it.
The reason why is a long story.
Oh, I completely forgot to introduce myself ( insert face-palm). I am Cassandra Clare, part of an elite group of secret... never mind. You'll find out eventually.

Youthful Wishes
High school is the period of your life where you feel older and independent. It's also the time where you're restricted and forced into a slim expectation by standards and norms. High school is the last bit of youth you have before you are let loose into the sticky web of life. Within your last years of schooling, your habits and behaviors are what determine if you are a fly or a spider (at least that's what some people say). Clare Carter and her new group of friends are kicking off the school year in a powerful way as they battle new conflicts and the process of becoming high school students and young adults. Each character has their own unique story and background that will represent how they take each situation that comes up. They must tackle drama that takes place at school and home, as well as survive the activities that Freshman get to experience (homecoming, clubs, heartbreaks/relationships, the stress of doing well in school and figuring out a plan after they graduate). This group of friends are scheduled for a wave of realization if they think they'll stick together throughout all four years of high school. This story is created with my OCs that I have fun drawing. This is not an attempt to be a grand author or writer. I am merely using this opportunity as experience for fleshing out my characters and their personalities and backgrounds.
