I saw a book by someone called puhrple, called "30-Day Self-Harm Recovery Challenge", and reading it actually kind of helped, just knowing that I'm not alone and that this person is trying to get better, so I reccomend reading it yourself, and maybe write your own, because I've heard that this sort of thing does help, and if you do, use the tag #selfharmawareness because it's important. Therefore, I'm writing my own, except I'm writing it 30 step, instead of 30 day, because I'm impatient. Without further ado, here it is.
