          Harper Naveen Walters is a 'fat' girl who has  never been accepted in the school she and her best friend Quinton Jameson attended. She was bullied excessively all of years of high school for her weight but she didn't care until one night at the senior prom , people took things a little too far hurting her feelings and  making Harper look like a fool. 

          Quinton however felt embarrassed by Harper and allowed people to turn him against her instead of being there for his true friend. Harper insists that he chooses between their friendship and popularity and he ends up making a stupid decision  causing him to lose his only real friend. He pushes Harper away, knowing they both were leaving for different colleges the very next week.

          After losing contact all through college Harper and Quinton meet again in New York after 5 1/2 long years of being apart. When Quinton sees Harper he is baffled at how different she looks and he finds himself, looking at her in a way he never did before wanting to rekindle their fallen friendship. 

But there's one little problem.
