You grew up in an orphanage, helping raise the children there. Often, these people who seemed like normal people would come, and see the children, not to adopt, but to seek out who'd be the best assassin on their team. Well, you appeared to be the best fit... For years, you trained for this. They eventually felt you were ready to be a "normal teenager". They sent you to a high school, with many other kids your age. All of these kids had this ring, that would reveal your soulmate. You'd normally get these at the age of 12, but with you training to be an assassin, you never got one, that was until you went to school. These rings are supposed to show the color of the emotion your soulmate feels. Once you meet your romantic soulmate, your ring turns the color light pink. And when you meet your platonic soulmate, it'll turn a more hot pink color. It will still show their emotions, but for the most part the ring would be pink. When your romantic soulmates dies, the ring will turn black and will fall off your finger, becoming dust. There's also another way of knowing a soulmate: Writing on yourself. If you do that, it appears on your soulmate's body too. You usually get the writing one by age 17 if you haven't met your soulmate by that time. One day while at school, you meet someone that went by the name of "Ranboo". What happens when your ring turns pink, and you also start getting targets to kill?
