Decades passed, space largely being forgotten; until now. Interest climbing once more, our eyes once again turn to the sky at that glowing sphere in the night. We aim to visit once again, this time to stay.

 A young man finds his opportunity to live out his dream: settle his own slice of space. The United Earth Federation, a coalition of the greatest nations and corporations of Earth, has begun developing settlements on the Earth's moon, hoping to use the moon as a first small step into further imperial space maneuvers. After a month, the impending collision was broadcasted live worldwide. Meanwhile, thirteen-year-old Daniel accidentally injured his pregnant mother, Ynsia, leading to the tragic loss of the baby. Consumed by guilt, he cared for his grieving mother. A year later, Earth began to crumble. The world quaked, cities floated, and the sun's radiation scorched the planet. Amidst the chaos and despair, Daniel discovered friendship and hope. Gale, Daniel's scientist father, alongside the ISS crew and NASA, realized the dire consequences of the moon's absence. They embarked on a mission to revive the moon and save Earth. With a pencil and some leaves of paper, Daniel started writing letters to the lost babe. He named her after the shattered celestial object--Luna, seeking forgiveness and hoping for a chance to reunite his broken family.

Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. Before Mankind became the dominant force in the Milky Way, Earth was in shambles. Natural resources were nearly depleted, diseases were rampant and most of Earth's population was in poverty. Then by some miracle of discovery or a cruel cosmic joke, in the mid-23rd century when all humanity could do was go out into space to search for a new home, a small planet that was black as the void around it was discovered. The humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all. The very one that modern Human civilization was built on. Alice and her boyfriend accepted a posting on the famous and ancient ship, the U.S.S.A Umbra.
