The Fourth wall breaking of DEADPOOL meets JANE AUSTEN meets MAGICAL WEIRDNESS

When a mysterious new boy comes to town, seventeen-year-old odd ball, Peneloper Auttsley, must confront the secrets of her past in order to save her present.
                                                                   *****

At seventeen, Peneloper Auttsley has finally come to terms with her lot in life: she's weird, fatherless, hard to get to know and forever bored. Not to mention, her memories from her childhood are a little fuzzy.

But once a new boy rolls into town on the back of a storm, tells her she's magical and that something wicked is out to get her, well, Peneloper's life is about to get even weirder, if that's at all possible.

Cue the Phil Collins' soundtrack (Mr. Collins named Wizard Tunes Magazine's top musician of all time) because things are about to get magical, lyrical...and absurd.

☆Being Peneloper is a coming of age story with a hint of good humor, a heap of self-awareness, a smattering of romance, and several cases of mild dehydration.☆

Katherine Waine is no stranger to trying to quell her curiosity. She comes to England looking for something, anything, that will explain a photo of a red headed man holding her as a baby and a journal her mother kept hidden. With answers, however, come infinitely more questions, an expanding family tree, international politics, and dazzling realizations about who she could have been and what she still might be. Katherine takes the reader on an adventure through a familiar world with older, less accepting eyes. Muggle and magic intertwine as Katherine fights to not have to chose one over the other and neither over herself. The world of Harry Potter, in which this story exists, belongs to JK Rowling. Katherine Waine, the residents of Ottery St. Catchpole, and other new faces are my own.
