This story is about a girl who thought she was an ordinary teenager girl until she go on a trip with her friends to only found out her on true calling in life just so happened to turn out her whole world is anything but normal that is crushing down with this whirlwind of roller coasters adventure. Holland meet this guy called Logan in the beginning of her journey to help her fight off the evil zombie to stop them from sucking all the lights out of the world. With her developing feelings for this mysterious tall ,dark and handsome young man but somewhere in the middle of batting side by side with each other will they let their feelings for each other blossom into something more? Will she overcome her fears in order to save one of her friend? Or will it be to late ? "So you are telling me that I am the chosen one?" I asked him once feeling shocked and confused at the same time because I never a confident bone in my body. He backed he up to the walls I pushed backwards to hold my ground and I felt him hot breath fanning my ear so I decided to lend in close , "listening carefully holly and no I am not mistaken you are the chosen since centuries ago there always have one girl who is special with power no else" he said stroking my soft brunette hair while staring into my deep blue eyes. Mikayla is a junior at Bristol High School in Bristol, Tennesee. She's sixteen, 5'4, plays softball and volleyball, and has a great and positive personality. However, her family has a lot of issues. Her dad is a depressed alcoholic who likes to take his anger out on Mikayla and her twin brother, Joey. Mikayla thinks sex and relationships are stupid. It's high school. She wants to lay back and be mature. However, will that ever change? I mean, high school is always rough and deceiving, right? Mikayla is an excellent student and makes amazing grades. However, she has competition. Daniel is Mikayla's competition. He plays quarterback on their school's football team. Typical, right? Well, Mikayla and Daniel have competed against each other for years. Daniel likes to push Mikayla down and make her feel like he's superior and better. Daniel is six-foot-something and handsome. He could pull any girl he wanted, however, he remains single. Is it his terrible personality? Or does he like being single? This story is about teenage love and the problems that you can encounter in high school. Mikayla and Daniel, head to-head, all the time. However, who will win overall? Who will be the bigger person and try to drop all of their immaturity and stupidity? He begins to settle into the ship, finding friendship and freedom. But when his sister is kidnapped by Redcoats for her blessing, he must take action and save her along with his new friends. But Phoenix will soon find out there is more to himself, the captain, and this story, than it seems. - - - This is the first draft of my novel, which took about a year to write.
