Nine-year-old Xiomara Hui has a nasty surprise waiting for her when she enters Primary 5. After losing her parents two years ago, she has settled into a routine- but that's about to change.

Chinese was always her worst subject. Her teacher for the year, Miss Ho, offers her private lessons, and Xiomara agrees, in hopes of improving her grades.

But the lessons aren't what she has hoped for- they are filled with homework, exercises and reading. She realises that, although Miss Ho's intentions are good, they are going the wrong way.

Sinking deeper and deeper into herself, she starts losing contact with the outside world. To make matters worse, she is moved from her beloved home to an orphanage.

What will happen to Xiomara next? Read to find out!

When Andy gets an urgent call from the local orphanage in Ohio, his home, he learns that what they might say is true. After driving to the orphanage not knowing what's to happen next, Andy finds himself staring back at the younger version of himself -- every detail about the twelve year old boy he's looking at describes his mirror image. And when he takes his lookalike home, the more they discover more about each other, and the more they get along and bond. What the boy doesn't know is the secret that his 'new' father has been somehow keeping all along. **PG-13 for mild language and slightly topic as well** **Rated Mature for self-harm themes -- NOT ENCOURAGING IT, JUST DISCUSSING IT** ©TheFandomQueen1 2016
