Leah's been working on something that would ultimately impress her parents. But something gets in the way. Her parents are killed in a horrific car accident, and she witnesses it all. To make matters worse, her best friend, who's like a brother to her, gets in a fight with her, and tells her he couldn't believe he's ever loved her. Heartbroken and scarred for life, Leah gets back to work on her project, still determined to make her parents proud, wherever they may be. She succeeds in making her time machine, and goes into the medieval ages, where she faces many challenges, and meets new people who are acting very strange... Will she find out what is going on with the town? And will she ever forgive her best friend, Jason, who spends his time looking for her in a completely different era? Or will Leah completely stay stuck in the past; stuck in the time where her parents died, where she lost her brother, while her body is stuck in an old age? Leah goes on many adventures, as she discovers new aqquaintances, who come near to getting her killed many times. This lost girl finds a person to help her, Peter, who tries to tell her his most famous quote, "Don't think about anything. Simply act in the moment and regret nothing." But that's just it. She can't stop thinking. Everything bad in her life has come from thinking and regretting...
