Students are, well, still students, Students that need guidance and tutoring. Guidance and Tutoring for what? You may ask. To outstand against rogues and villains whomst have not learnt the great use for the power bestowed upon them.
School is not a straightforward line, just like in the real world. University students are still prone to villanous troubles.
During troubles like these, Grown-up and Responsible Heroes take care of them. Heroes use what is known as their "Hones" to take down the darkest scums of the earth.
Kenkyo University helps these students master and fully absorb the power of their "Hones". However, it seems that these students need alot of time.
