Carter Wilson was a 17-year-old boy whose life wasn't perfect, but just right for him. Coming home from his friend's house, Carter finds his stepfather beating his mother. He then beings to fight his stepfather, which leads to a gruesome fate that makes him end up in the hospital. Carter then finds himself in a monster-like limbo, in which he should be in human limbo. Now that he is here, Carter will have to face grueling tasks to get back to his family. With his life at risk, with the help of misfits, The Uncalled Four (formerly known as the Uncalled Five) will not stop for anything stopping them from their goals. With Carter's help, will they be able to fight off anything that stands in their way, or will they fall to the night?
