Misunderstood

Tensions between Yeoneung and Kimbaek are tightening and it is only a matter of time before both towns go to war.

As both towns prepare, king Min Yoongi of Kimbaek creates the hwarang, a group of soldiers composed of the best looking men in the village. Despite his want to be strict and resourceful his people demand reassurance and the hwarang may just be the balance between both.

Kim Taehyung is in no way interested in serving someone who is all work and no play, much less someone like his king. After some persuasion from a friend he joins the hwarang and finds some strange things occurring inside the palace grounds. Things that even his curious nature can't handle.

King Jeon Jungkook of Yeoneung is none too concerned about a possible war as much as others tell him to be. Instead he'd rather spend his time with a friend of his roaming the town. Although he may be living a perfect life, king Jeon Jungkook can't help but keep thinking back to a childhood friend he can barely remember. His desire is to be able to find him before he can get caught up in this involuntary war.

Things don't always go as planned and when they do you better grab a hold of it and take advantage of it. After all, what goes well ends well. Right?
