A non quirk au, but...

Midoriya was born with the ability to control fire, but is sure that nobody else, anywhere has a strange power like him. 

He gets a letter from a new school, UA, where he is put in class 1-A. He begins to make his first friends, ever, but on a bonding trip, Bakugo gets kidnapped and Midoriya realises he isn't alone. In fact, the whole class realise they're not alone. 

Why has the quirkless teacher been put as their teacher?!
