Melody Rosario had a shady past, but she'd done her best to overcome it. Despite a non supportive family, which includes ungrateful aunts and a mother who will never let her move on from her mistakes, Melody is determined to make it on her own. With her best friend, Sky Jackson, she finally makes that dream a reality. She moves in to her own place, gets a job, goes to college, and even begins to date again. However, her past comes back to her, and the consequences could be deadly. Along with their friend Michael, Sky and Melody fight to put a stop to an emotional terrorist, before he puts a stop to them. AN: this is a bit of a novella compared to the follow up, which is the main book. I hope this is something everyone enjoys, because I certainly enjoyed writing it.
