Immunilogical Contact Urticaria is an immunological/allergic reaction towards a certain allergen. A direct contact to this stimuli might result in itching, swelling, and rash. But with the immune system affected it may also cause asthma, runny nose, watery eyes, hoarse voice, vomitting and such. These may vary on the stimuli and the diagnosed ICU.
