Naomi Starr is an average nineteen year old girl who lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has a dream of becoming a famous singer one day, and when an opportunity knocks on her door to become a star, she accepts. The opportunity being that she gets shipped to Los Angeles to be mentored by a singer on how to become a star. She gets flown cross country to Los Angeles to join the cast of a reality television show and finds out that the show is also mentoring a hopeful actor, Chris Edwards, and the mentor is Ray Thompson, Hollywood's hottest male actor, who is also Naomi's crush. Her mentor happens to be Hollywood's biggest drama queen, Roxanne Mitchell, the girl she despises. Will Naomi be able to control her feelings for Ray? Will Roxanne be able to pull her act together to help Naomi? Will Chris, the only normal person in her new life, start acting like a drama queen?
