Charlotte Davidson had often wondered how she'd end up dying. Being accidentally shot by an undercover spy for Russia, run over by a pink truck and diabetes were her top three guesses. Death by cranberry juice, however, was something she would have never guessed despite her (too) wild imagination.

Struggling to accept the reality of her death, she decides to enlist the help of the cute transfer student who happens to see ghosts in order to move on.
