When Josephine returned to her home town after the death of her parents she was prepared to take a job at the local hospital. She wasn't prepared to run head first into her werewolf mate. She spent her entire childhood as the wolfless daughter of an Alpha who thought his own Luna was weak for not having a wolf. He sacrificed his pack and the legacy of his bloodline to ensure power for himself. Now, it's up to Josephine and her Alpha, August, to save their entire pack, but they aren't prepared for the war they just joined. "Mr. August Hayes was responsible for the cinnamon rolls and the smell of fall spices. If it wasn't his intense body language or the burning gaze staring into my soul giving it away, it would have been those electric blue eyes. The same ones that stole my sleep. I gulped. Why me? I sighed through my mouth, careful not to inhale anymore of his scent. I had to get it together. I couldn't be the doctor from New York City who strolled into Little Compton hospital and made herself look like a complete idiot. I plastered on a smile." "Mine" I hear a deep voice growl. I look up to be met by two dark, sea-coloured eyes. I look at the persons face and see that he's quite tall, with dark hair and a muscular body. After a minute a shake out of my daze and realise, from the hoodie, jeans and signature trainers he's wearing, this is none other than Alpha Aiden Crest, of the Dark Crest pack, the most feared pack in the world. Then it hits me. I'm mated to the worlds most feared alpha. This is the first book of 2, the second one is called 'I'm a what?' and is currently a WIP Kinda cliché, but oh well ??
