"I caught hold of a pair of wheat colored pants, but my momentum was too much. The bar holding the clothes came crashing down, finally thump I made contact with the floor.

As I got up I surveyed the damage, a new bar definitely needed to be bought, I had spit this one in half. I looked at the wall, noticing a small switch.

'Why would someone put a switch behind a rack of clothes?' I stood and stepped forward, hesitantly I flicked the switch in its opposite direction.

A swoosh sounded behind me, turning carefully I saw that the a compartment I had never noticed before had opened. Inside the large drawer was a small velvet box, and two daggers, more like swords from the looks of it.

Holding off on closer inspection of the sword dagger things, I picked up the velvet box. I undid the button clasp, I gasped when I saw the ring inside.

It was beautiful it had a snakes head with two gleaming sapphires as the eyes and a decorative tail that came up in a perfect oval and rested at the side of the head.

Of course being a girl I slipped the ring on my ring finger, but on my right hand instead of the left. I felt so cold that it was painful, when I tried to slip it off it wouldn't budge.

That's when the searing hot pain came as if it was trying to meld to my finger. I grunted in alarm then my head snapped up as I suddenly saw white."
