Story starts, one shots, and drabbles--that's what this collection is made of.
From sci-fi to fantasy, it's probably in here because I have the attention span of cat in a room full of mice. It makes it a bit difficult to finish stories, but tossing them in here makes it much less stressful to write things.  If I actually finish a story in here, I'll revise it and post it by itself.
Everything is nearly unedited, but feel free to constructively critique any of it. Giving prompts or asking me to continue something is also a-okay if that's what you feel like doing.

The Fighting Festival - D&D ONESHOT by ExhaustedSnack

This is set to be in the Dungeons and Dragons universe. All in all a fantasy realm. This is taken from something that happened in a ONESHOT I was apart off. I've changed some things due to not remembering and to make this more interesting. Most things are the same as from the campaign/ONESHOT, I've only changed the dialogue and added more chatting and talking with the characters. It's technically a fan fiction. I say that since, its not entirely correct. It's fiction and I'm a fan- . . . This story contains: - Blood / Gore - Mentions of racism / harassment - Strong language / Cursing - Bad jokes / Puns

Our Conscious Fields; What is living? by EchoLailia

Slow paced narrative set in a world awakened to panpsychism and innate abilities following the fall and rise of society. A gentle approach to world building with a bit of humor, romanticism, and just enough hints of drama without going into it. When everyone writes about how it could all go wrong or what happens after it does; who wants to read about what happens if it just goes right for once? Still conflict and drama but, the hard work is already done. Now you just get to see a glimpse of what happens in a reality where it all works out. Work in progress - Inspired by Ready Players?; One Chaotic Answer This will be a slower update than Ready Players? but hopefully be more full in edits and depth. Hello everyone! You've stumbled across my big book of Short Stories! This is a fun, ongoing challenge that me and my friend Dragoln are doing. The two of us have a daily random generated prompt that we have to write a story to. Both of us get the exact same prompt yet our stories will spiral down different paths. And who knows? Some of our ideas might even be good enough to be developed into separate books. Please take note that writing these stories are just for fun and the sole purpose of them was to improve our writing skills. More will be said in the author's note of this book (1st chapter).
