Story starts, one shots, and drabbles--that's what this collection is made of.
From sci-fi to fantasy, it's probably in here because I have the attention span of cat in a room full of mice. It makes it a bit difficult to finish stories, but tossing them in here makes it much less stressful to write things. If I actually finish a story in here, I'll revise it and post it by itself.
Everything is nearly unedited, but feel free to constructively critique any of it. Giving prompts or asking me to continue something is also a-okay if that's what you feel like doing.
Updates Wednesdays.

Prompts, story ideas and one-shots
Give them a read or leave an idea! I might have them stand alone in my works or just on here! I will leave credit if a do pick your prompt/idea. Please don't feel bad if I don't. I only have so much time on my hands (two jobs and an active family). I also might just pull it and just give it a chapter to see if anyone is interested in my writing it. Again, thanks for reading my stories!
The Box Has Twelve Sides: Thirteen Curious Tales to Delight and Disturb
A homeless man discovers a mysterious box which transports him back to his childhood. On each side of the box, both inside and out, a new world reveals itself to him: He experiences another man's worst day of luck. An old, dying man befriends an alien creature and shares an inexplicable bond. A unique blanket helps a young woman in a time of crisis. Another man's grief of losing his dying wife is tempered by a ghostly haunting. The first manned mission to Mars reveals a personal past for one colonist. An Indian Brave concludes a ritual as a rite of passage to adulthood. The end of the world brings a woman and her ailing father together for the last time. A man has an opportunity to right one wrong from his past and realizes the true meaning of regret. Another man's senses are replaced one by one with something alien. A golfer in the aftermath of the apocalypse sets out on a quest to keep the game he loves alive. A conversation between two sides of one man's psyche reveals something in us all. A snowbound woman holds the fate of the world literally in her hands. Once all sides of the box are revealed, the homeless man discovers the promise of a new future built on memories from a past he never had. The Box Has Twelve Sides is a collection of thirteen stories all connected as visions given to a homeless man in search of his future. I will be posting each story as a chapter every few days until all are published and the book marked as complete. Please check back and pick up the next story in the overall arc.Complete

A Story By Chance
A new adventure awaits to those patient enough. But what about living the book you're reading? What about saving the world? A world? A life? What about learning magic? What about meeting a dragonness and talking mouse? What about dancing in a masquerade held only once every year? What about saving your best friend? And exploring the farthest confines of the Galaxy? What about living on a comet? On the Moon? On a futuristic world? Welcome to this new adventure, where each short story is based on nine random images. They might all seem disconnected at first, but are they really? I guess you'll get to find out along with me...
Writing Prompts
Just a mix of writing prompts I find interestingly enough to write. You may read, comment, and use the prompts yourselves! You can even suggest some prompts, if you'd like. I will try to shorten each prompt to one part, but I may try to add suspense and take up multiple. Hope you enjoy!Complete![Other Worlds Book Club [Open]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/359633863-256-k283127.jpg)

Hello there! Welcome to my book of short stories! As you have probably already figured out on your own, this is where I post my miscellaneous stories, some of which I did for fun, others are prompts, or contest entries, etc. Fanfiction chapters will be labeled with "ff", so if that is not your preference, you can skip them. *note: if you would like to see some of my newer works, I would recommend checking out my new book of short stories, Stories, Cont.* <>Evara<>Complete![KZ's and Dragoln's Short Stories [2022 EDITION]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/321623788-256-k345272.jpg)
KZ's and Dragoln's Short Stories [2022 EDITION]
Hello everyone! You've stumbled across my big book of Short Stories! This is a fun, ongoing challenge that me and my friend Dragoln are doing. The two of us have a daily random generated prompt that we have to write a story to. Both of us get the exact same prompt yet our stories will spiral down different paths. And who knows? Some of our ideas might even be good enough to be developed into separate books. Please take note that writing these stories are just for fun and the sole purpose of them was to improve our writing skills. More will be said in the author's note of this book (1st chapter). I hope you enjoy these oneshots :)Complete
The Fighting Festival - D&D ONESHOT
This is set to be in the Dungeons and Dragons universe. All in all a fantasy realm. This is taken from something that happened in a ONESHOT I was apart off. I've changed some things due to not remembering and to make this more interesting. Most things are the same as from the campaign/ONESHOT, I've only changed the dialogue and added more chatting and talking with the characters. It's technically a fan fiction. I say that since, its not entirely correct. It's fiction and I'm a fan- . . . This story contains: - Blood / Gore - Mentions of racism / harassment - Strong language / Cursing - Bad jokes / PunsComplete
